In order to qualify for the amazing prizes we have listed below all individuals OR teams must complete the below form to report the total number of kilometers you completed during our week-long event.
All reports must be completed by Wednesday, October 21 at midnight to qualify for prizes. Winners will be contacted and names shared on our social media event.

Individual Submissions – complete form below and note which age category you belong to. Please do not submit an individual report if you are on a team.
Team Submissions – complete form below and note team name and no age. ONLY ONE FORM PER TEAM. When reporting for your team you will give the total number of km’s travelled by all individuals on your team. (Example: ride #1 biked 5km, rider #2 biked 10km, rider #3 walked 3km….your report will state total km’s as 18 km.)
