Extended Deadline for Charitable Donations
On December 30, the Government of Canada announced that it intends to extend the 2024 charitable donation deadline from December 31, 2024 to February 28, 2025. This would mean that gifts made until the end of February would qualify for a 2024 charitable tax receipt.
