Benefits of Aquafit
- Aquafit is great for arthritis and rehabilitation because of the water’s resistance.
- The heart does not have to work as hard if the body stays cool, so aqua cardio is ideal.
- Aquafit workouts challenge the nervous and respiratory systems.
- Exercising in water is 12 times harder than on land, yet easier on your body.
The YWCA’s goal is to ensure that all participants have an enjoyable and positive experience when taking our Aquafit classes. Our staff is committed to quality and professionalism.
