Practice completing common workplace reading and writing tasks, like:

  • New employee paperwork
  • Taking phone messages
  • Reading workplace safety information
  • Filling out common forms
  • Completing purchase orders and return authorizations
  • Writing professional emails

Build computer skills for the workplace and your next job:

  • Use our computers to practice basic computer skills,
  • Use your phone or a computer to find and apply for jobs online,
  • Send and receive professional emails with attachments, and
  • Complete online tasks.
