The St. Thomas-Elgin Local Immigration Partnership (STELIP) is a community‑driven collaborative that brings people and organizations together to build a welcoming, caring, and affirming St. Thomas and Elgin County.
We work across sectors to strengthen systems, reduce barriers, and support belonging for newcomers and immigrants. Our work focuses on improving access to services, fostering meaningful connections, and advancing equity across the community.
